We know it’s boring but please read our terms and conditions thoroughly before booking! We wish we didn’t have to worry about such things, however our time is just as precious as yours.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Brow Love requires payment in full once your treatment session is complete. We accept credit card, cash or bank transfer.
BOOKING TERMS:
To book, please use our online booking system, call us or contact us via our website, Instagram or Facebook. Your booking is our priority and we will respond to you asap.
After your 1st session, we will pencil you in for your follow-up appointment to ensure you get your preferred slot.
For our cosmetic tattoo appointments, we require a deposit of 50% to confirm your booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your session.
A further deposit will be required 2 weeks prior to your follow-up session, to confirm your booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your session.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We absolutely understand that life happens but as you can understand, if you fail to attend your appointment that’s 3 precious hours of our time wasted. For this reason, we require 48hrs or more notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. If you don’t contact us to reschedule your appointment in the required time frame, this will be treated as a missed appointment and you will forfeit your deposit. If you simply don’t show up, you will also forfeit your deposit.
If are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, this will also be treated as a missed appointment and you will forfeit your deposit. We pride ourselves on our client experience. Every client including you deserves a calm and relaxing appointment. We won’t be rushed.
DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.
Deposits can be used as a credit towards your next appointment as long as you’ve rescheduled or cancelled before the 48 hour window.
GUARANTEES:
Brow Love Boutique can’t guarantee how long your cosmetic tattoo may last. Results are very individual and vary from person to person. It depends on your health profile, lifestyle, age and skin. It’s important to note that everyone’s skin is so different and it’s impossible to tell how much pigment you will retain.
The time indications given on our sites are averages only.
